Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Longevity Lab, operated by Sasha Gomez ("we," "us," or "our") at thelongevitylab.app. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What The Longevity Lab is

The Longevity Lab is a wellness optimization platform. It takes health data you manually enter — wearable exports, blood work values, and related biomarkers — and generates a structured 90-day protocol based on that data.

It is not a medical service. The protocols and insights generated by The Longevity Lab are for informational and personal optimization purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the platform substitutes for the judgment of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider. Do not make clinical decisions based solely on output from this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Longevity Lab. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your email address current.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Longevity Lab is offered as a monthly subscription. You pay $1 for your first 7 days of full access; unless you cancel before day 8, your subscription then bills automatically at $9.99/month. Billing is handled by Stripe. There is no annual commitment — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund policy

Because you can try full access for $1 during your first 7 days and cancel before day 8 to avoid being charged, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@thelongevitylab.app and we will look into it.

6. Your data and content

You own the health data you enter into the platform. By using The Longevity Lab, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the sole purpose of generating your protocol and operating the service. We do not use your health data to train models or sell to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce the platform's outputs for commercial use
• Misrepresent your identity or the accuracy of data you enter

8. Disclaimers

The Longevity Lab is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any protocol or insight generated. Results will vary based on the accuracy of data you provide and individual health factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of The Longevity Lab is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your current subscription period.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any formal proceeding.
